Design and deliver experiences and resources to solve knowledge and skills gaps that support team members' personal and professional growth through the Berry Institute. This role works closely with internal and external content experts and team members to seek the best content to support the Berry Institute's goals and increase organizational learning and performance. This role uses defined curriculum design frameworks, multiple platforms, and industry best practices to validate, organize, package, promote, and deliver current and relevant content. Learning architects have an eye for visual design, a mind for content creation, and a commitment to clear, concise, and engaging forms of learning and communication.
