About The Position

The Learning and Talent Development Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the Training and Talent Managers by designing, coordinating, and executing effective training and talent development programs. This contract position requires a highly organized individual with a strong background in learning and development and project management skills to ensure the successful delivery of training initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive global experience leading cross functional large-scale learning and leadership development projects and strategies, ideally as a program manager and a team leader.
  • Leadership Development experience with Senior Leaders, preferably in financial services or investment banking.
  • Demonstrated impact on business objectives based on learning programming.
  • Ability to build an overarching framework as well as individual experiences.
  • Track record of taking a pragmatic approach to solving problems, rather than an academic one.
  • Experience customizing experiences and content to meet the needs of individual business units.
  • Strong track record in delivering strategic and tactical solutions in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong consulting skills (e.g., communication, influencing, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills).
  • Excellence in written communication and project documentation.
  • Excellence in communicating and presenting, especially with executive audiences.
  • Strategic mindset with a willingness to be hands-on as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Desired proficiency in French.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, plan, and execute learning and development projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality delivery.
  • Act as a backup to the Training Manager, overseeing training sessions, liaising with facilitators, and handling scheduling and logistics.
  • Assist the Talent Manager in implementing talent development programs, supporting program planning, participant engagement, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate on the design and development of learning materials, manage content updates, and ensure consistency across training resources.
  • Track and report on project milestones, participant feedback, and overall program effectiveness, providing insights to enhance future learning initiatives.
