The Learning & Leadership Development Partner reports to the Employee & Leadership Development Director and focuses on delivering and managing L&D strategy, leadership development programs, and employee development initiatives through structured programs and experiential learning opportunities. This position will be based in our ONEOK office in Houston, TX and requires 25-50% travel in our southern footprint. The Learning & Leadership Development Partner plays a key role in driving employee growth and development within our organization, promoting a culture of safety, inclusivity, diversity, ethics, excellence, service, and innovation.
