About The Position
We’re looking for a Learning & Leadership Consult, someone who’s ready to grow with our company. In this position you will lead full cycle instructional design (e.g. analyze, design, develop, implement, evaluate) of learning activities to enhance leader/team member professional development. Collaborates with leadership and subject matter experts to assess development needs and design programs. Provides effective project management support to deliver highly effective learning solutions that support business strategies and objectives. Evaluates the impact of programming on learners, organizational resources and business outcomes.
