The Learning and Growth Operations Officer implements structural and experiential governance through systems, guidelines, and programs which may include technical training, train-the-trainer programs, or learning management. Oversees the partnership with Business Managers and Line of Business Trainers, to ensure Line of Business Learning Partner Program, LMS Learning Journeys, LOB instructional design projects, and KPI dashboard requirements are being met. Consults on the selection of training tools and delivery mechanisms, based on the material being taught and the audience being targeted. The Learning and Growth Operations Officer ensures adherence of lines of business to the objectives and standards of ElevateU rotational program. Fosters collaboration between teams to expand the program through additional ElevateU tracks.
