About The Position

The Learning and Development/Training Specialist role at Randstad US is focused on supporting the Commercial Goods Sales teams nationally. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6 years of experience in Learning and Development, particularly in commercial B2C consumer goods or product sales.
• Experience leading and managing a training department.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Ability to work in a highly matrixed and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs.
• Create on-the-job training, e-learning, and hands-on instructional methods.

• Deliver training and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and improve processes.
