The Learning and Development/Training Specialist role at Randstad US is focused on supporting the Commercial Goods Sales teams nationally.   • Deliver training and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and improve processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing, legal, compliance, IT, and procurement teams.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 6 years of experience in Learning and Development, particularly in commercial B2C consumer goods or product sales.
  • Experience leading and managing a training department.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed and collaborative environment.
  • Experience in a start-up environment with transformational goals.
