About The Position
The Learning and Development Trainer is responsible for mastering and presenting Trainer I level curriculum to employees in a formal classroom setting. This role involves creating a working knowledge of the Learning and Development departmental workflows and shadowing a trainer on team projects to enhance training effectiveness.
