About The Position

ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages is seeking a passionate and innovative Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in cultivating a culture of continuous learning and development within our organization. We are looking for a candidate who not only possesses strong technical writing skills and creativity but also has a profound understanding of the beverage industry, particularly with experience at Coca-Cola or similar.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent years of work experience in Human Resources or Learning and Development.
  • At least 5 years of experience in learning and development, human resources, or education with a strong preference for candidates with experience at Coca-Cola or within the beverage industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Adobe, and a strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and its Learning Management System.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for distilling complex information into clear, concise, and engaging content.
  • Ability to think creatively and design unique, engaging educational materials and experiences.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with keen attention to detail and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement learning and development programs that align with company goals and enhance employee performance.
  • Utilize strong technical writing skills to create engaging and informative educational materials, including manuals, guides, and multimedia presentations.
  • Leverage proficiency in Canva, Adobe, and other creative technology platforms to develop visually appealing and effective learning content.
  • Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (SAP SuccessFactors) to ensure efficient delivery of training programs including class creation, reporting, and data analytics.
  • Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other training sessions, adapting methods to suit various learning styles.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics to continuously improve learning outcomes.
  • Work closely with department leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in learning and development and incorporate innovative practices into training programs.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of the annual performance management process, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Lead and manage the employee engagement survey process, including survey design, deployment, analysis, and action planning.
