Reporting to the Vice President of Talent Management, you’ll be responsible for administrative and operational support for career development and learning initiatives while creating engaging, employee-centered learning experiences. The role works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure learning and career development resources are well-organized, accessible, and aligned with organizational goals. The specialist plays a key role in supporting employee growth by developing and maintaining learning content, tracking metrics, and helping deliver effective development experiences.

  • Research best practices in corporate career development and summarize findings, including guiding principles, standard practices, and related policies
  • Support the development of a customized career development program that helps employees navigate the organization’s job architecture and explore career interests
  • Assist in creating tools, templates, and resources that enable employees to engage in career planning
  • Configure, test and maintain the Development module within Career Amp’s platform
  • Assist in uploading content, managing workflows, and ensuring tools function smoothly for end users
  • Coordinate logistics for workshops, develop communications, create employee and manager materials
  • Track career program engagement and effectiveness metrics
  • Help develop materials that clarify managers roles in supporting employee career development
  • Provide operational and coordination support to enable managers and internal stakeholders to participate in learning and career development initiatives
  • Prepare presentations, materials, guides and supporting resources for live and virtual learning events
  • Facilitate New Hire Orientation 9-12 times per year

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field or equivalent experience
