Reporting to the Head of Talent Enablement, the individual in this role will take the lead in designing, delivering, and evaluating learning and performance improvement solutions that help close organization-wide performance gaps. You'll use proven instructional design methods and adult learning theories to create solutions across multiple formats—ensuring measurable, positive change. To achieve these outcomes, you will collaborate with business partners, subject matter experts, and colleagues to understand needs, explore options, and define objectives. You will scope projects, develop materials, and test solutions for effectiveness. You will also help shape design standards, team guidelines, and support Talent Management & Development and HR departmental initiatives. Your work will empower our teams to grow and perform at their best, supporting Zurich's commitment to a brighter future—together.
