About The Position

The Learning and Development Specialist (ERP) is a part-time position responsible for supporting the Vault (Oracle Cloud) ERP rollout. This role involves building high-quality learning materials, coordinating and facilitating training, and measuring learner readiness to ensure that finance staff and end users can confidently follow standardized, documented processes at and after go-live. The position does not include benefits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Educational Technology, Communications, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Two (2) years of experience designing and delivering workplace learning (end-to-end: analysis → design → delivery → evaluation).
  • Demonstrated facilitation skills and clear writing for job aids.
  • Advanced organization and follow-through skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and ability to quickly leverage authoring tools (Articulate 360 or similar).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting ERP or enterprise software training (Oracle/Workday/SAP).
  • Light media skills (screen capture/editing).
  • Basic UX/UI design knowledge.
  • Familiarity with accessibility and UDL.
