We're looking for a resourceful and detail-oriented Learning & Development Specialist (Contractor) to support our team during a maternity leave. This role will focus on employee onboarding, compliance training, and learning platform operations while also supporting leadership development programs, manager training, and talent initiatives. The ideal candidate is comfortable with virtual and hybrid facilitation, systems-based work, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a contract role, covering a leave of absence and requires onsite work in San Ramon, CA.
