About The Position

The Learning & Development Partnerships role involves collaborating with local area education institutional partners, conducting school visits and presentations. The position includes responsibilities such as preparing education courses, maintaining education activities, implementing safety measures, and supporting English education course operations. The role may also involve performing other occasional tasks related to the job.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products or equivalent applications.
  • Basic understanding of the external automobile market and current trends.
  • Knowledge and experience in analyzing data and developing proposals.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • Strong visual presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with local area education institutional partners and conduct school visits and presentations.
  • Prepare education courses including scheduling, trainer selection, invitations, and training equipment.
  • Maintain education activities such as training reports, budget usage implementation, and training audits.
  • Implement safety measures and maintain cleanliness in the working area.
  • Support English education course operations.
  • Perform other occasional tasks/duties related to the job.
