Meriplex is looking for a forward-thinking Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to build and lead talent development programs that empower our people to grow, thrive, and lead. This role will be instrumental in shaping the employee experience across the full talent lifecycle—from onboarding to leadership succession—while ensuring alignment with our company's vision and values. As a strategic partner to HR, business leaders, and internal communications, you will design and deliver scalable frameworks that elevate performance, engagement, and career development.

  • Own and evolve our talent assessment and development strategy, ensuring a strong leadership pipeline and clear growth pathways for employees.
  • Build and implement a succession planning framework to proactively identify and develop internal talent for key roles.
  • Design and launch a high-potential (HiPo) development program to accelerate the readiness of emerging leaders.
  • Create and maintain career paths and growth maps across functions, in partnership with leaders and HR.
  • Develop a robust set of leadership competencies and behavioral frameworks to guide leadership development and performance expectations at all levels.
  • Refine and expand our internship program to attract, retain, and convert early-career talent.
  • Oversee new hire training and partner with HR to continuously improve onboarding experiences, ensuring every new team member feels set up for success.
  • Partner with HR to design and implement a performance management framework that promotes continuous feedback, development conversations, and aligned goal-setting.
  • Collaborate with the communications team to support employee engagement initiatives, including the design, deployment, and actioning of the employee sentiment/engagement survey.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to our Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure it supports current and future learning needs.
  • Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert in L&D best practices, driving a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
  • 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development
  • Demonstrated success building scalable development programs and frameworks
  • Strong understanding of performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement practices
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate big-picture goals into practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
