Purpose The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for designing and driving Core Bank’s learning culture through Core University—our internal learning and development program. This role builds the systems, programs, and pathways that empower employees to grow their skills, advance their careers, and deliver on our Vision of being a high-performing, tech-forward, solutions-based community bank.
