We are seeking a Learning and Development Manager to enhance our existing onboarding programs and develop our core curriculum for our team members. This role involves shaping the new hire experience by collaborating with stakeholders, managing program logistics, and analyzing feedback for future improvements. Reporting to the Director of Learning and Development, this role will also support other learning experience design across the team member lifecycle.
