As the Manager, Learning & Development Technology Solutions (LMS), you will lead the strategic and day-to-day management of our Learning Management System, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of a complex, enterprise-wide learning environment. This role is a unique opportunity to own platform governance, optimize digital learning operations, and lead third-party vendor partnerships that support scalable, high-impact solutions. The Learning Operations team delivers the infrastructure behind all enterprise learning programs. We manage platforms, processes, and partnerships that empower teams to deploy, track, and improve learning across the business. As Manager, Learning & Development Technology Solutions (LMS), you’ll collaborate across L&D, IT, and compliance teams while leading third-party vendors to ensure LMS administration, performance, and support align with business goals and compliance standards.
