To lead this transformative initiative, we’re seeking a Learning and Development Lead who will design, implement, and manage impactful programs that drive professional growth and align with our long-term vision. Walker Consultants seeks a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Program leader to lead the development and Implementation of the Walker Institute and manage our ongoing learning and development initiatives. This is more than a traditional L&D role. This position offers a unique opportunity to design and implement programs that support professional growth, align with our Strategic Plan, and foster a culture of continuous learning. As the owner of the Learning and Development function, you will leverage your expertise and enthusiasm to collaborate with leaders and employees to build impactful learning strategies that drive engagement and performance.
