Learning and Development Department The Learning and Development (L&D) Department is dedicated to fostering an environment of continuous professional growth and education within Vantage. Our team designs, implements, and evaluates training programs that are aligned with the organization's strategic goals and operational needs. The L&D team collaborates closely with department leaders to identify the short and long-term training and development goals for the organization, implementing these across the globe. We are also responsible for tracking the effectiveness of our training programs through metrics and feedback systems to continually refine how the organization grows its skills and competencies. Position Overview This role can be based onsite in Denver, CO or Ashburn, VA. Vantage is looking for a self-starting Learning and Development Intern to help drive the L&D Department processes and daily task efforts across several ongoing projects. In this internship program you will have the opportunity to work closely with a team that defines the experience provided to each member of team Vantage from the very first day they start with the organization.
