Amazon is seeking a creative and driven Learning Instructional Designer with proven program management skills. With experience in engineering content structure and creating efficient and effective learning experiences. The Instructional Designer will support adult learners across the business by translating and transforming process information into instructional content delivered at time of need. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and measuring training content effectiveness to support Learning & Talent Development initiatives. This covers end-to-end research, curation of process variances, gap analysis, establishment of curriculum and enrollments within system, integration testing, and launch preparation. You will work with business stakeholders as well as instructional and visual designers to drive deep insights and go beyond compilation to determine customer content preferences, structure, and taxonomy needs to enable content usage and effective knowledge transfer. You will regularly identify, discuss, and bring forward issues or ideas to stakeholders to ensure programmatic success, while serving as hub for process changes and its effect to training and the learner.
