As Revecore’s Learning and Development Director, you will play a critical role in building the capabilities of Revecore’s people and leaders. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating development programs that drive performance, support career growth, and build future-ready skills. The L&D leader also owns Revecore’s performance management processes, ensuring a culture of accountability, continuous feedback, and growth.
