Delivers engaging and effective training programs and classes-both in-person and virtually-using best practices in adult education to support the development of leaders, managers, and employees across the organization. Designs and facilitates learning experiences that meet a range of developmental needs, with a focus on practical application, learner engagement, and measurable outcomes. Serves as a consultant on the design, delivery, and implementation of leadership and management development programs and classes, including workforce development, performance management, onboarding, and other enterprise-wide learning initiatives. Applies principles of instructional design to create high-impact learning content using a variety of modalities, such as e-learning, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (vILT), blended learning, and microlearning. Assesses and evaluates training effectiveness and other talent development solutions-including coaching and consulting-using qualitative and quantitative methods. Collaborates with internal teams and external consultants to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and cost-effective development offerings that align with business priorities and strategic goals.
