About The Position

The Learning and Development Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the department's functions through various learning tasks. This position is responsible for conducting audits, generating reports, scheduling training sessions, and facilitating communication within the team. The analyst will perform monthly, quarterly, and annual audits for orientation, On-the-Job Training (OJT), and management onboarding processes. They will also produce reports that communicate action items and track compliance training progress, ensuring that all training initiatives are effectively monitored and reported. In addition to audits, the Learning and Development Analyst will be tasked with producing and distributing quarterly program surveys, running orientation reports that include completion rates, knowledge checks, and satisfaction metrics. The analyst will update and report on the ILEAD dashboard, which is essential for tracking the effectiveness of learning programs. Weekly learning operations reports will be generated for VPs and HR Partners, along with class completion reports and team member transfer reports, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of training progress and outcomes. Coordination and communication are key aspects of this role. The analyst will coordinate ILEAD classes at the corporate level, distribute overtime reports, and schedule meetings while taking detailed notes. They will also be responsible for creating PowerPoint presentations and other communications to support learning initiatives. As the first point of contact for Learning Tickets and intake forms, the analyst will manage inquiries and ensure that all requests are addressed promptly. Furthermore, the Learning and Development Analyst will serve as an administrator in Workday, managing learner enrollments and drops, creating campaigns, and troubleshooting any issues related to the Workday learning system. This multifaceted role requires a blend of administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
