About The Position

The Learning Advisor serves in a strategic role in content development role in support of Learning Solutions Customers. This individual is accountable for implementing solutions outlined by the Solution Design (BD) and Learning Strategy team. The Learning Advisor serves as the Writer or Learning Strategist on project teams, interacting with the customer utilizing strong account management skills and is accountable to own their assigned projects and/or work streams (including, but not limited to development of strawmen, workshop-at-a-glance documents, transcripts, and drafts, guiding and advising the customer, soliciting customer feedback and completing deliverables within expected timeframes) with a goal of working with little or no direction/oversight from a senior Learning Strategy team member. As needed, Learning Advisors may oversee writers (contract or full time), with support from other team members, and may be tasked with executing/facilitating training or train-the-trainer sessions.
