About The Position
StandardAero Houston is a premier business aviation MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) facility specializing in the service of mid-sized corporate jets. We support an extensive range of aircraft models, including renowned brands such as Falcon, Hawker, Challenger, Learjet, Gulfstream, and Embraer. In addition to comprehensive airframe services, the facility features a state-of-the-art engine shop and test cell, ensuring top-tier maintenance and performance for both engines and airframes. As an A&P Mechanic working on our Lear Team, you will be responsible for using your sound judgment and technical aptitude to make decisions regarding maintenance, sequence, and techniques, troubleshooting and discrepancy resolution. You will perform operational checks and engine runs to ensure air-worthiness prior to departure, working with a team of specialized A&P Mechanics maintaining midsized corporate Bombardier Learjet aircraft.
