About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Rotating Parts Engineer to join the LEAP NPI High-Pressure Turbine (HPT) team, focusing on leading the redesign of the entire rotor and designing mid-life upgrade HPT rotor hardware for the LEAP-1B program. This role involves spearheading technical analysis, collaborating with Chief Engineers, and mentoring younger engineers to ensure the delivery of safe, reliable, and high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in rotating parts design and analysis, proficiency in engineering tools, and a strong understanding of turbine rotor hardware and manufacturing processes. Additionally, this individual will contribute to design reviews, risk assessments, and standard work documentation while fostering innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in design engineering.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
