About The Position
Perform simultaneous operations safely on multiple equipment/processes within the Cell to move product in a one-piece flow from one operation to another. This position involves maintaining production throughput on various machines and processes, including Manual Surface Grinders, CNC ID/OD Grinders, Manual or CNC Jig Grinders, CNC Wire EDM, EDM Drill, CNC Vertical Machining Centers, Polishing, and Inspection devices/CMM. The role requires effective collaboration with other Cell Team members to meet production requirements and the ability to cross-train in all operations/processes in the Cell.
