Your Impact: Lead the integration of Lean principles and Agile methodologies to facilitate iterative and rapid solution delivery. Analyze and optimize organizational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce duplication, while effectively balancing risk and control. Drive digital transformation efforts within long-term business strategies, supporting modernization and continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Engage with senior management and stakeholders to communicate strategies and drive decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Advanced studies are preferred.
  • Typically, 5-7 years of experience in portfolio management, project management, product management, or a related area.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Lean principles, Agile methodologies, and digital transformation.
  • Proven hands-on experience building and creating with BI Tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and leading strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
