Lean Manufacturing Cell Leader

JLG Ind.McConnellsburg, PA

About The Position

Are you the coach who turns good teams into great ones? If you thrive on unlocking performance, solving tough problems at the source, and building a zero-defect mindset, this role is for you. As our Lean Manufacturing Cell Leader, you’ll own a second-shift production area—driving safety, quality, flow, and continuous improvement every step of the way. Work hours : Monday–Thursday, 7:00 p.m.–5:00 a.m.; overtime as business needs arise. The challenge Picture this: an urgent customer need, a tight window, and a complex assembly. You quickly verify the cell is set—tools kitted, materials staged, standards visible. You assign work, reinforce safe behaviors, and then tackle a bottleneck with a quick root-cause huddle. By shift end, output meets plan, defects are down, and a new standard is posted.
