About The Position

At Signature Aviation, we are modernizing operational performance through data,
analytics, and technology-enabled process improvement. The Lean Facilitator
partners with operations and functional leaders to identify opportunities to
improve efficiency, capacity utilization, and customer experience across our
global network.

This role focuses on analyzing operational workflows, leveraging data and
performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities, and facilitating
cross-functional initiatives that improve ramp operations, capacity planning,
and operational throughput. The Lean Facilitator works closely with operations,
technology, and data teams to ensure improvements are measurable, scalable, and
aligned with broader digital and AI-enabled initiatives across the enterprise.
