The Lean Facilitator serves as an internal resource for the management team and employee groups, focusing on Lean and continuous improvement projects. The role involves implementing strategies to reduce waste, errors, and redundancy while enhancing the experiences of employees, customers, and suppliers. Key responsibilities include training staff in problem-solving tools, assisting in Lean meetings, and auditing the effectiveness of Lean processes.

  • Participate in the design of processes for Lean and continuous improvement.
  • Train managers, supervisors, and employees in problem-solving tools.
  • Assist managers and supervisors in preparing and evaluating Lean meetings.
  • Enable problem-solving groups to be more effective.
  • Audit the effectiveness of the Lean improvement process.
  • Handle administrative tasks during Lean meetings and activities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Lean, Six-Sigma, TOC (Theory of Constraints), and/or other continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
  • Participation in Tree Top led Lean Facilitator training.
  • Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing tools and methods.
  • Certification in Lean or Six-Sigma methodologies.
  • Experience in project development and administration.
