About The Position
The Lean Engineer at Corning is responsible for driving foundational and transformational competencies within the Lean Organization and across the manufacturing plant. This role focuses on improving plant performance in various areas such as Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Morale, and Innovation by implementing lean methodologies and practices. The Lean Engineer will partner with Operations and the Lean Manufacturing Supervisor to enhance operational efficiencies and reduce manufacturing costs.
