About The Position
The Lean and Continuous Improvement Engineer contributes to the Lean mission through 6 groups of activities and according to the team of tasks based on skills development path and validation by the Lean Manager. The key responsibilities include coordinating and ensuring standard development and audit for all bricks of the Nemera Production System (NPS), performing trainings in Lean Six Sigma, managing projects, contributing to the creation and deployment of transformation plant roadmaps, and analyzing performance management metrics. The role also involves value generation through advanced analytics and optimizing digital tool usage.
