About The Position
LeafFilter is seeking dedicated installers to join our team in Kansas City. As the leading provider of professionally installed gutter protection systems in America, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and quality to our customers. This position offers a unique opportunity to start working immediately, with onboarding and training completed within the same week. You can begin installations as soon as the next day, allowing you to quickly start earning a competitive income. No prior experience is necessary for this role; we are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and possess a truck or van, basic tools, and ladders. Our installers benefit from a flexible schedule, allowing you to set your own hours and work part-time, full-time, or as needed. With pre-sold jobs, you simply show up to install, with the potential to complete an average of two jobs per day. LeafFilter provides all necessary products upfront for installations, eliminating product costs for our installers. The compensation structure is designed to reward hard work, with average earnings ranging from $1,500 to $3,000 per week. Single installers can expect to earn over $100,000 annually, while team installers can average $200,000 or more. Additionally, we offer discounts and buying power through our loyalty program, providing access to discounts on insurance, tools, and equipment. Comprehensive instruction and onboarding assistance are also provided to ensure you are well-prepared to succeed in your role.
