LeafFilter is seeking dedicated installers to join our team in Bismarck, ND. As the leading provider of professionally installed gutter protection systems in America, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and quality to our customers. This position offers a unique opportunity to start working immediately, with onboarding and training completed within the same week. You can begin installations as soon as the next day, allowing you to quickly start earning a competitive income. In this role, you will be responsible for installing our top-rated gutter protection system at pre-sold jobs. This means you will not have to worry about sales or product costs, as we provide all necessary materials upfront. The average installation takes between 2 to 4 hours, and you can complete an average of 2 jobs per day, significantly boosting your earning potential. We offer a flexible schedule, allowing you to set your own hours and work part-time, full-time, or as needed. Our compensation structure is designed to provide financial freedom, with single installers averaging over $100,000 per year and team installers averaging around $200,000. You will receive consistent compensation with weekly pay, earning between $1,500 to $3,000 per week. Additionally, we provide discounts and buying power through our loyalty program, giving you access to savings on insurance, tools, and equipment. Comprehensive instruction will be provided to ensure you learn how to install our system correctly, and we will assist you in obtaining any necessary insurance, such as general liability or workers' compensation, where applicable.
