You will receive a shift differential of $3.00 per hour for any hours worked between 5 pm and 5 am.

Requirements

Concrete and / or construction experience, required
1-3 years precast / pre-stress industry, required
Good communication / follow up skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to manage / lead a team while maintaining company polices
Ability to manage multiple projects / tasks on a daily basis
Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

Training and development of coworkers
Ability to plan and coordinate tasks to maximize production efficiency
Ability to direct a crew of co-workers to achieve required quality and production schedules
Ability to problem solve and take immediate action on safety / quality / productivity issues
Interacts with all levels of the Organization to achieve company goals
Meets production metrics related to safety, quality, cost, and material
Assist Stripping Crew daily responsibilites
