About The Position
The Leadperson Gluing position at Southern Champion Tray (SCT) involves monitoring the overall safety, setup, quality, and production of the folder gluer machines within the Finishing operations area. The role actively supports production crews and operators throughout the shift to ensure quality standards, target run speeds, and production efficiencies are consistently achieved in accordance with machine standards and customer specifications. The Leadperson is responsible for overseeing the training and onboarding of new team members, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining a clean work environment. This position requires effective communication and leadership skills to manage the production process and resolve any issues that arise during operations.
