Leadership & Workplace Coach - C32A This position is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Annual Salary: $85,000.00 + Full State Employee Benefits Job-related travel is occasional and a valid driver's license and car insurance are required. Minimum Qualifications: Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of a bachelor’s degree plus three years of professional level experience in human resource management or development; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one additional year of professional or technical public sector human resources management experience for each year of the required education; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting the possession of a master’s degree in public administration, human resources or a closely related field for one year of the required experience. Job Responsibilities: Conduct individual, group, and team coaching sessions in compliance with ICF core competences and code of ethics. Develop and execute personalized coaching plans that align with individual and team goals. Facilitate workshops and training sessions that promote skill development and team cohesion. Provide constructive feedback and support to help individuals overcome challenges and achieve their potential. Collaborate with leadership to identify coaching needs and design targeted programs to address them. Monitor progress and adjust coaching strategies based on ongoing assessments and feedback. Champion a culture of accountability, encouraging individuals to take ownership of their development. Additional duties may include leadership training, curriculum development, answering employee questions, and other HR training-oriented duties as assigned.
