About The Position

The Summit Institute Multiplying Leaders for the Mission of God Our vision at The Summit Church is to create a movement of disciple-making disciples in RDU (Raleigh-Durham) and around the world. Through The Summit Institute, you’ll be developed and discipled through hands-on ministry experiences, biblical and theological training, and one-on-one mentoring—all within the context of the local church. Of all the resources you’ll gain for ministry, none is more valuable than personal investment from those who’ve gone before you. That’s why every participant in The Summit Institute is paired with a seasoned mentor to help you grow in spiritual maturity, confident humility, self-awareness, leadership, ownership, and direction.
