Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in operations management.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias toward action.
  • The ability to forge strong teams, inspire loyalty, and lead by example.
  • Experience driving process improvements that deliver measurable results.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as a Restaurant Manager, Kitchen Manager, General Manager, First Responder, Former Military, Logistics, or Business Management.
  • A desire to be in the field as much as in the office.
