As part of the Learning & Development team, the Leadership Development Solutions Specialist will gather content and implement, facilitate, measure, and evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions created to meet the leadership development needs of first-level supervisors, managers, and senior leaders as well as solutions that will fill skill gaps for all employees across the organization. The role involves conducting needs analysis, analyzing leadership assessment data, partnering with instructional designers, implementing training programs, and evaluating the effectiveness of various training initiatives.
