About The Position

Visionary and primary implementor for Eide Bailly’s leadership development strategy and programs, supporting the development of Managers – Partners at the firm. Leveraging deep leadership development experience, and using the Firm’s competency model as a framework, you will design, develop, deliver and measure the impact of future focused leadership development programs and curricula.

Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, Education or a related field required.
  • You have 8+ years of experience with various aspects of communication, adult learning, facilitation of processes, coordination of events and course development preferred.
  • You have specialized knowledge of needs assessment and course design and development.
  • You have exceptional project management skills including problem solving, the ability to influence others and the desire to work on a team.
  • You have technical writing skills for developing course content according to Firm standards.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • You can work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities.
  • You can establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and clients.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of tools.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Chief People Officer, Chief HR Officer, Chief Learning Officer and Service Line Leadership to identify the needs and gaps for leadership skills and capabilities at the Firm.
  • Develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders and leverage influencing capabilities to implement cohesive and holistic leadership development programs, courses and learning paths that are scalable across the globe.
  • Assess the skills and capabilities of Manager – Partner in the Firm based on transformation goals and the skills and capabilities to drive the growth strategy.
  • Project manage the design and implementation of a variety of leadership training initiatives, from micro learning approaches to large-scale in-person events.
  • Leveraging the principles of adult learning, design and deliver non-technical training throughout the Firm using a variety of learning formats and tools, e.g., instructor-led physical and virtual classes, self-paced and blended learning.
  • Define, measure and communicate the impact of leadership programs on the business goals of the Firm.
  • Serve as project lead in content development through effective collaboration with subject matter experts, providing required documentation for pre and post program measurement and files.
  • Facilitate other learning related projects as requested.
  • Ensure timely and accurate performance on assigned projects.
  • Maintain compliance with project budgets, turnaround times, and deadlines.
