Requirements

Experience in leadership coaching, organizational development, or educational leadership training.
Visionary leadership, coaching proficiency, emotional intelligence, transformational leadership skills.
Experience leading professional development initiatives for current and aspiring school and district leaders.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
