About The Position

Mustang Cat’s Developmental Management and Sales Training opportunity is a Leadership Development Program designed to equip future leaders with hands-on experience across our core business divisions. Through this rotational leadership program, you’ll gain a deep operational understanding of Mustang’s business, products, and customers by working across Power Systems, Service, Rental Services, SITECH, Parts, and Sales. This program is ideal for recent graduates ready to launch a long-term career in industrial equipment, customer operations, and business leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Eager to join a dynamic team and contribute to shared goals
  • Self-motivated and resilient in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to “think on your feet”
  • Interest in the heavy equipment or industrial power industries

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with customers and employees at all levels
  • Fulfill day-to-day responsibilities within your assigned department
  • Rotate through multiple business units for cross-functional exposure
  • Receive personalized mentorship and one-on-one manager training
  • Participate in lunch-and-learns with Mustang Cat executives
  • Complete presentations and business-impact projects
  • Grow into a leadership role within the organization
