About The Position
The Schneider Electric Cross-Functional Leadership Development Program is designed for early career professionals and recent graduates to accelerate their career growth through a structured framework based on the 3E development model: Education, Exposure, and Experience. Participants will engage in three different cross-functional roles over a 36-month period, gaining valuable exposure to both technical and business domains while preparing for future leadership positions within the company.
