About The Position
The Leadership Development Program at MIT Lincoln Laboratory is designed to cultivate future leaders within the Contracting Services Department. This program offers a unique opportunity for individuals to develop essential leadership skills while gaining technical expertise in the procurement and contracting profession. Participants will engage in a structured three-year program that includes formal mentoring, on-the-job training, and structured coursework. They will rotate through various sections of the Contracting Services Department and other key organizations within the Laboratory, providing a comprehensive understanding of the contracting landscape and its alignment with the Laboratory's mission of advancing technology for national security. The Contracting Services Department is committed to providing optimal contracting solutions through guidance, service, and partnership.
