About The Position

The Leadership Development Program (LDP) at Om Produce is a structured 12 to 18-month rotational program designed to cultivate high-potential candidates for future leadership positions within the company. The program provides extensive hands-on experience across critical operational and business functions, including warehouse operations, transportation, safety compliance, sales, procurement, leadership development, human resources, and finance. It emphasizes accountability, operational excellence, and leadership readiness to support Om Produce's growth, expansion, and potential acquisitions. Participants will gain cross-functional exposure to develop a holistic understanding of the operations required to manage a distribution facility or support new business locations effectively. Initial training and development will occur at the company’s primary operations facility in Irving, Texas. Upon successful completion, participants will be placed in roles where business needs are greatest, which may include supporting warehouse operations, becoming a transportation supervisor at a newly acquired location, or professionalizing smaller operations. The specific role, function, and location are dependent on business requirements, and a willingness to relocate is an essential component of the program.
