About The Position

The Leadership Development Manager drives initiatives for employee growth, engagement, and retention. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in impactful leadership programs. Key responsibilities include identifying and addressing leadership development needs, aligning them with organizational strategy, and maintaining effective business literacy. The position involves collaboration across the enterprise and may include international partnerships to ensure consistency in programming.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
  • Comfortable with MS Office programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree preferred in human resources, psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and address leadership development needs.
  • Align leadership development initiatives with organizational strategy.
  • Maintain effective business literacy.
  • Collaborate across the enterprise and with international partners.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and sustainability processes of all leadership development programs.
  • Build and maintain influential relationships as a strategic partner.
  • Provide strategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation, and coordination of Leadership Development functions.
  • Drive leadership and training process optimization.
  • Confer with and advise leadership and HR partners on people-related strategy.
  • Develop people-oriented programs to impact change management and drive engagement.
  • Manage leadership development special projects from initiation through completion.
  • Participate in regular evaluation, auditing, and monitoring of development programs.
  • Research, evaluate, pilot, and utilize critical thinking to review Leadership Development vendors.
  • Maintain high facilitation standards of leadership development programs.
