About The Position

This role is essential for developing leadership capabilities within supported business lines to drive organizational success and alignment with company goals. It involves creating and executing leadership development strategies in partnership with various departments and serving as a liaison between local and national organizations. The role is distinguished by its focus on leadership onboarding, facilitation, performance consultation, and collaboration across site and national levels. Success is measured by effective leadership development, alignment with business strategies, and the enhancement of leadership skills and bench strength. The work impacts the organization by strengthening leadership effectiveness and supporting business priorities through targeted development initiatives.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Lead leadership onboarding, facilitation, continuing education, and feedback processes to enhance leadership capabilities
  • Initiate and conduct performance consultations with directors and site leadership to identify development needs and performance gaps
  • Collaborate with site, national, and global stakeholders to assess and address leadership development requirements
  • Partner with training management to align site development strategies with national training initiatives and priorities
  • Develop and implement plans with key partners to support evolving business strategies and leadership challenges
  • Provide resources and support to leaders to help them master their roles and build leadership bench strength
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
