Through business-critical projects, you’ll build a working knowledge of our industry, strengthen your professional skill sets, and directly contribute to company growth. As an intern, you will collaborate closely with our leadership team, gain a deep understanding of our departments and the career paths within them, and take on hands-on projects that directly influence productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or related field
• Must be at least 21 years of age by the start of either program
• GPA 3.0 or above
• Self-motivated, strong work ethic, innovative, solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for learning
• Team player with effective communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence
• Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude

Responsibilities

• Execute process improvement projects in key areas such as bottling, processing, distribution, and maintenance
• Develop and document standards for assigned processes
• Deliver an end-of-summer project presentation
